My Dailey Driver

About

I bought this car around the start of July 2005 for $1500 AU.

To pass a roadworthy there was some bad rust to fix, mainly in the floor pans. The racing pin style hood catch had to be replaced with a double locking mechanism (the old latch) and the rear wheel bearings needed attention.

The interior got a quick do over:

 —  New carpets

 —  New centre console

 —  Reupholstered seats with red trim (I had reupholstered from my 77 project car but changed my mind on the colour scheme)

 —  Momo F16 Evo Shift Knob

 —  New Steering Wheel Cover, Shift Boot and Handbrake boot

 —  New Pedal Pads

 —  Sony CDXM-850mp Head Unit, Pioneer Rev Splits, Cadence Amp and dodgy 2nd hand Radioshack sub lol

 —  Resprayed interior vinyl with matt black vinyl paint

 —  Custom stainless steel interior scuff panels to hold in carpets

Once we had it all ready to get registered my dad smashed the front spoiler on our driveway >:|
